Only 6% of FTSE 100 CEOs are female, while the percentage of women on FTSE 250 boards stands at only 29.6%. It’s fair to say women face innumerable challenges when it comes to holding leadership roles.
This course offers you the opportunity to examine your leadership style, consider how it interacts with your personal value and career goals and identify how you can overcome the barriers you face as a female leader.
We will consider what may hold you back from progression in your career – and give you practical advice and strategies for how this can be tackled.
