Overview

Being assertive at work is an art worth cultivating. Assertive people make better leaders and better team members. Knowing how to respond to typical work challenges assertively can make your working life easier and help you be more productive and happier at work.

This course will help you build an assertiveness habit. You’ll develop your self-awareness and practice a range of techniques you can use immediately to build your confidence and assertiveness skills.
