Spring has sprung, summer is officially here, and we’ve been a busy bunch. Here’s a look back at some of the numbers from a season of learning, inspiring and thriving with our Spring: Wrapped!
🧑🎓 We delivered 79 courses
Between March, April and May, we delivered 79 courses to our delegates. Huge thanks go to everyone who attended one of our courses, we hope you’re putting the practical skills you’ve learned to use to help you and everyone else in your organisation have a better day at work. And thanks to our amazing expert trainers who have been bringing real skills and tools for attendees to put to practice back in their roles.

🏠 37 of those were in-house courses
Our in-house courses basically mean we come to you, for your organisation, for your teams. And these in-house courses are a wonderful opportunity to get your people together, be it refresher training or as part of an induction of new managers or staff. Many of our in-house clients will incorporate Hub Events training into their team’s professional development.
And if you want to know whether embedding our training into your development programmes works… one organisation booked six repeat courses in one month alone!

🏫 42 were open courses
Open courses are available to everyone. They give delegates a great chance to learn from people working in different organisations, sectors and locations. Along with the teachings of our expert trainers, a large part of people’s learning is through sharing experiences together and growing our network with curiosity and confidence.

🛜 31 were delivered online
Online courses enable us to reach a huge range of people at a time and location that suits them. Instead of taking days out of the office and racking up expensive travel costs, the virtual classroom is open! Thanks to online courses, we can reach a global audience. For example, this spring we had delegates dialling in from Germany.
👥 We trained over 1,000 delegates
1020 to be precise. The range of courses[TW1] was huge too, including some of our most popular courses like The New Manager Bootcamp, Women Advancing in Leadership and Building Your Resilience at Work. There are some new emerging courses too, like Transform from Manager to Leader and Influencing Upwards
🕰️ Amassing nearly 400 hours of training time
Our courses are available in different time spans. Half-day courses are a great chance to brush up your skills and refresh your knowledge. Full day courses give you opportunity to sink your teeth into the detail and take a deep dive into the topic. Then, there are two and three-day programmes that will build your knowledge from the ground up, equipping you with the skills and tools you need to become an expert, fast.

🌎 Spanning 12 different locations
When we’re not delivering courses online, we’re hitting the road. We travel the length of the country, from London to Glasgow and in between. We work with some amazing venues, hosted by The Studio and CCT venues. We even get into your buildings too, taking in-house courses literally and coming to your location to deliver expert training.
