Cath’s approach is grounded in a degree in Psychology and Philosophy, a Level 7 coaching qualification, and further study in organisational development. She is also accredited in a range of psychometric tools and change methodologies, equipping her to support both individual growth and organisational transformation.
Her career spans sectors including finance, automotive, and retail, with roles such as Head of HR, L&D Manager, and Personal Development Specialist. Alongside her training work, Cath is also an experienced coach and independent celebrant, bringing a unique ability to connect, engage, and guide others in meaningful ways.
